Experienced trekking porters to carry luggage (1porter per 2 trekkers) during the trek and other all necessary porter for climbing. With all their salary, food, drinks, accommodation, Transport and insurance.

Climbing equipment such as Climbing rope, Ice axe, Ice screws, snow bars.

Duffel bag, sleeping bag and down jacket (if require).

Comprehensive medical supplies (first aid kit will be available)

Oxymeter to check your pulse and oxygen saturation and heart rate twice daily (Very useful to check Altitude Mountain Sickness(AMS) symptoms) Which will ensure you trek is in the safest hands possible for all levels of trekker.

Arrangement of Emergency Helicopter service (paid by your Travel insurance company)

Important Information

Altitude

Prepare for high altitudes (up to 6,419m). Acclimatization days are essential to avoid altitude sickness.

Physical Fitness

The trek is strenuous, so a good level of physical fitness is necessary. Regular training is recommended.

Permits

TIMS Card and ACAP Permit are required, which can be arranged in Kathmandu.
