Oxymeter to check your pulse and oxygen saturation and heart rate twice daily (Very useful to check Altitude Mountain Sickness(AMS) symptoms) Which will ensure you trek is in the safest hands possible for all levels of trekker.

Arrangement of Emergency Helicopter service (paid by your Travel insurance company)

Altitude

Prepare for high altitudes (up to 6,419m). Acclimatization days are essential to avoid altitude sickness.

Physical Fitness

The trek is strenuous, so a good level of physical fitness is necessary. Regular training is recommended.

Permits

TIMS Card and ACAP Permit are required, which can be arranged in Kathmandu.
