Airport pick-up and drop-off in Kathmandu using a private vehicle

Two nights’ accommodation with breakfast at a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu

Full board meals during the trek, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with tea/coffee

Accommodation in local teahouses along the trail

Ground transportation as per itinerary (shared jeep or local bus)

An experienced English-speaking trekking guide - their salary, insurance, equipment, and meals are included

Entry fees to Thubten Choeling Monastery and any local cultural sites along the route

Handling of all necessary permits, including TIMS card and local trekking permits

A comprehensive first-aid kit, including oximeter and pulse meter, plus emergency evacuation arrangements (helicopter costs can be claimed through insurance)

Extra baggage storage facility in Kathmandu
