Our itinerary follows a proven schedule designed for optimal acclimatization and success. All itineraries are flexible and may be adjusted based on weather conditions and team performance.

An extra baggage storage facility in Kathmandu

A comprehensive medical kit for any necessary medical assistance during the trek including Oximeter and pulse meter checker. There is Emergency helicopter arrangement (Pay first and claim later with your insurance if policy cover.) If in case of worst case only.

Handling of all necessary paperwork and permits, and Trekkers’ Information Management Systems (TIMS) card

An experienced English-speaking trekking guide. The guide’s salaries, insurance, equipment, and meals are all included.

Ground transportation (local bus or shared jeep as per itinerary)

Accommodation in local tea house during the trek

Full board meals throughout the trek, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with tea/coffee

Two-night accommodation with breakfast at 3-star deluxe hotel in Kathmandu

Airport pick-up and drop-off using private vehicle
