Finn Gallegos– :
Tibet Everest Base Camp Tour with Blissful Himalayas was a surreal, once-in-a-lifetime journey. From Lhasa’s sacred Potala Palace to the rugged Tibetan Plateau, every moment felt like a dream. The drive through turquoise lakes, high mountain passes, and remote villages was both humbling and awe-inspiring. Arriving at Rongbuk Monastery and catching my first glimpse of Everest’s north face was emotional—standing at 5,200 meters, with prayer flags fluttering and the world’s highest peak towering in front of me, felt surreal.
The guides were knowledgeable, patient, and deeply connected to Tibetan culture. They shared stories about Buddhist rituals, local traditions, and the significance of each sacred site. The itinerary was well-paced, allowing for proper acclimatization and reflection. However, the high altitude and cold temperatures were challenging, so proper preparation is essential.
